CONDITION GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE

1. INCLUS DANS LA LOCATION
Quelle que soit la durée de la location, celle-ci comprend :
- l'assurance responsabilité civile légale
- un kilométrage illimité
- le chargeur
(il est également possible d'avoir un casque si disponible en stock).
2. CAUTION & FRANCHISE
La caution est de 200€ par trottinette, elle sera bloquée sur la carte du client (sans action de sa part) dans les 24h avant le départ puis sera libérée sous 7 jours après le retour du client.
Le client sera débité des montants ci-dessous dans les cas précisés :
- dégradation d'un élément ou accessoire (garde boue, levier de frein, chargeur, sacoche) : 50€
- vol de la trottinette : 200€
L'option 0 caution permet au client de ne déposer aucune caution, il devra venir cependant avec sa carte d'identité.
Aucun frais ne lui sera retenu si dégradation?
Cependant si la trottinette est volée débité de 200€.

3. CARACTÉRISTIQUES DE LA TROTTINETTE
Le modèle de trottinette est variable selon la disponibilité aux dates de location.
Nos trottinettes ont une vitesse limitée à 25kmh (réglementation légale).
Leur autonomie est de 15 km pour les classiques et 25 km pour les VIP.
4. RÉCUPERATION
Si le client à choisi l'option "livraison" (ou si sa réservation excède 200€) il choisira l'adresse de récupération et de restitution (à Paris uniquement).
N'ayant pour l'instant qu'un dépôt mais pas encore de local pouvant accueillir le public, pour ne pas le faire attendre le client devra nous contacter 20 minutes avant son arrivée afin qu'un membre de notre équipe l'y attende avec la trottinette.
Le client devra être muni de sa carte bancaire pour la caution et d’un justificatif d’identité afin de signer le contrat de location.
5. ANNULATION
Une trottinette électrique étant considéré comme un véhicule terrestre à moteur, le droit de rétractation ne s'applique pas à sa location (article L221-28 du code de la consommation).
Néanmoins contrairement aux autres loueurs chez Easy Trottinette nous offrons à nos clients un remboursement de :
- 50% si annulation à plus de 72h avant la location
- 25% si annulation entre 72h et 24h avant la location
- 0% si annulation à moins de 24h avant la location
Le client doit formuler sa demande par email à easy.trottinette@gmail.com puis sera remboursé (sous 5 jours ouvrés).
6. TROTTINETTE DE REMPLACEMENT SI ACCIDENT OU PANNE
Si la trottinette du client rencontre un accident ou une panne durant la location, il obtiendra une trottinette de remplacement en se rendant au 4 rue Prévost Paradol Paris 14, durant les heures d'ouverture : entre 10h00 et 21h00.
Nous ne rembourserons le client des jours restant à sa location que si nous de disposons pas de trottinette de remplacement.
7. CONSIGNES LÉGALES
La législation autorise une seule personne par trottinette, âgé de plus de 14 ans.
La circulation est réglementée ainsi :
- obligation de rouler sur piste cyclable quand il y en a une
- lorsqu’il n’y en a pas vous pouvez rouler sur toutes routes limitées à 50kmh
- les aires piétonnes (et non les trottoirs) sont autorisées à moins de 6 kmh
Le stationnement peut se faire sur le trottoir (sauf interdiction du maire) à condition de ne pas gêner le passage.
8. FACTURATION
La facture est automatiquement envoyée par email après réservation.

1. INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
Whatever the duration of the rental, it includes :
- legal civil liability insurance
- unlimited mileage
- the charger (it is also possible to have a helmet if available in stock)
2. SECURITY DEPOSIT & DEDUCTIBLE
The security deposit is €200 per scooter. It will be pre-authorized on the customer's card (no action required) within 24 hours before pickup and released within 7 days after the scooter is returned.
The customer will be charged the following amounts in the specified cases:
- Damage to a part or accessory (mudguard, brake lever, charger, bag): €50
- Theft of the scooter: €200
The "0 deposit" option allows the customer to pay no deposit. However, they must bring their ID.
No charges will be applied for damage.
However, if the scooter is stolen, a €200 charge will be applied.
3. SCOOTER CHARACTERISTICS
The scooter model varies depending on availability on rental dates.
Our scooters have a speed limit of 25kmh (legal regulations).
Their range is 15 km for the Basic model and 25 km for the VIP model.
4. DEPARTURE
Currently only having a deposit but no premises yet that can accommodate the public, in order not to keep them waiting, the customer will have to contact us 20 minutes before their arrival so that a member of our team can wait for them there with the scooter.
The customer must have their bank card for the deposit and proof of identity in order to sign the rental contract.
5. CANCELLATION
As an electric scooter is considered to be a motorized land vehicle, the right of withdrawal does not apply to its rental (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
However, unlike other rental companies, at Easy Trottinette we offer our customers a refund of :
- 50% if cancelled more than 72 hours before the rental date
- 25% for cancellations between 72 hours and 24 hours before the rental date
- 0% if cancelled less than 24 hours before rental date
The customer must send his request by email to easy.trottinette@gmail.com and will be reimbursed (within 5 working days).
6. REPLACEMENT SCOOTER IN THE EVENT OF ACCIDENT OR BREAKDOWN
If the customer's scooter has an accident or breaks down during the rental period, he/she can obtain a replacement scooter by visiting 4 rue Prévost Paradol Paris 14, during opening hours: between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
We will only reimburse the customer for the days remaining on their rental if we do not have a replacement scooter.
7. LEGAL INSTRUCTIONS
Traffic is regulated as follows:
- only one person per scooter, aged over 14
- obligation to ride on cycle paths when there is one
- when there isn't one, you can ride on any road with a 50kmh speed limit
- pedestrian areas (not sidewalks) are authorized at less than 6kmh.
You can park on the sidewalk (unless prohibited by the mayor), as long as you don't block the way.
8. BILLING
The bill is automatically send by email after reservation.
